Christina was amazing. Thorough and honest. She went above and beyond. While fixing my range handle she cleaned the inside oven window. Took some scrubbing. After replacing my ice maker in my fridge she came back when we had further problems. When it became obvious we would have to replace our refrigerator she gave us a refund on the ice maker. Glad we chose Appliance Works and so lucky we got the best in Christina!

My Whirlpool fridge was not working as it should. The ice maker was not making ice and the freezer and fridge was not as cold as it should be. I called Appliance works AZ and spoke with Bobbie. She scheduled me for the following day. However, within ten minutes she called me back and said a tech would be out the same day! AMAZING! The tech called me and told me hed be arriving within 39 minutes, and he did! Riley was super friendly from the moment I opened my door. He let me explain the issues I was experiencing with the fridge and then went straight to work. He throughly looked over the fridge and found the issue. A small pinhole leak in a copper line from the compressor that had over time leaked out almost all of the Freon. He explained to my husband and I what he would need to do to repair it. He held a conversation with my husband the whole time, no awkward silence like with most repairmen. He told us everything he was doing, every step of the way. He even showed us the part he replaced. After replacing the part he tested the repair to ensure it was working. He cleaned up his area and plugged the fridge back in, and just like new, it was working! Riley is by far the most exceptional, professional, friendly repairmen weve ever met! We now have a friend in the business! We have already referred him to our family and friends. Thank you Riley for sharing your exceptional experience with us, and repairing my fridge.
