Great service. Even though Christina delivered bad news, (older washing machine was irreparable), she was very thorough. Sge showed me what part needed replacing, showing me that the part was no longer available. Made recommendations of what machines to buy / avoid, and several recommendations on where to shop for a new machine.

After another company failed to figure out the issue with our dishwasher (a piece of glass was stuck in the pump preventing it from functioning and draining), Chris came in and quickly identified the problem.
