Duane was wonderful. He had to order parts and come back. Knowing how badly I needed the washer fixed (6 kids in my house), he came back at 7 am as soon as he had the part to get it fixed! He was timely, he was efficient, and he did not leave any mess behind at all!! I highly recommend him for your appliance repairs! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Great technician even though my problem was not solved. Microwave takes 15 seconds to open after you push the button. He said it's a mechanical problem. He showed me the problem and explained it quite well.
