We called appliance works because the heating element went out in our dryer on a Sunday ( of course) they came highly recommended from a reliable source. Jarret was the tech that came out and he kept in touch with us before, during and after the service call. Very professional, clean install. Laid out blankets to protect our floor and was well organized. Got it done fast. Prices were very reasonable too. I would have normally installed it myself but for the price quoted I said why not?? These guys are new in town and I know they will do well with the way they do business. Couldnt recommend them enough.

Filled out the online maintenance request form late one night and got a call to schedule my repair the next day. Jarret came out that same day to check out my oven. He got the parts ordered and came back out the day the parts came in to fix it. We can now make banana bread again.

My refrigerator ice maker went out about a year ago, wasn't sure it could even be repaired. Contacted Appliance Works and they were able to schedule a visit for the following day. Jarret came out and gave us a quote, got the part in a few days later and now it works great!!! Very professional and reasonably priced, even deducted the original service call payment from my repair bill. I would definitely recommend this company if you ever need an appliance repaired.
