Super impressed with tech Cristina C. She was from the third company attempting to fix our washer. Finally someone willing to take the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue. All around great experience. Highly recommend.
Edwin arrived at my home and was faced with a repair that he had never attempted before. My water dispenser lever was jammed. He took it all apart and had me up and running in minutes.
He was pleasant, acted professionally and knew exactly how to tackle the problem.

Riley came out and not only fixed what was ailing our dishwasher, he also took the time to educate me on how to fix it myself if it happens again. Great guy, very helpful.
Riley is amazing. He was on time for both visits, he found out the issue right away and explained it to me so I understood. He was able to keep the temperature in my refrigerator cool so my food would not go bad, until the needed part was in which only took 1 day. This was a very stress free situation.
