Fridge died on a Sunday. Called in on Monday and had a tech out same day to evaluate. Quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. Part replacement took less than 15 minutes. Was very glad I wasn't just told that I needed to buy a new fridge.

The office called and scheduled out appointment almost immediately after receiving the work order. Our technician, Matthew, was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to spot the problem with our dishwasher immediately and explained it without being the least bit condescending as sometimes happens. As soon as the parts were in he made a quick fix and tested the machine to be sure all the leaks were gone.

Impressive start by being on time. He was well-spoken and polite. After listening to my explanation of my freezer problems and doing an assessment, he consulted with the office and returned with a diagnosis and quote.
