Impressive start by being on time. He was well-spoken and polite. After listening to my explanation of my freezer problems and doing an assessment, he consulted with the office and returned with a diagnosis and quote. I researched alternatives including other repair companies and replacing the freezer. The quote was reasonable and the timeframe was acceptable. I contacted the office to proceed with the repair.
