Had problem with ice sheet forming in freezer Drawer of LG refrigerator. Clogged drain. Awesome company. Prompt and responded within 24 hrs. for service call. Reasonable price and very pleasant staff. Definitely recommend!

They deserve the great reviews they have. Setting up an appointment to fix my dryer was a breeze; they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Brett is the technician they sent over and he quickly identified the problem. He put in a new dryer part and, after initially fearing the worst, it didn't cost too much. He was a pleasure to interact with and now my dryer is up and running. If I ever have another problem, I know who to call.read more

I called this morning because I needed to have my dryer fixed. They gave me a same day appointment and Chris showed up within the allotted time. He was super helpful and had my dryer back up and running in a jiffy. He was very polite and I would use this company again.

My 20 year old Maytag dryer stopped blowing hot air (shoulda hooked it up to a politician). A friendly tech (Chris is a super nice chap) came out and figured out what was up, fixed the issue at a reasonable price and was on his way in about an hour! would recommend!

Samsung refrigerator was not producing ice cubes after returning from a two week vacation. Appliance Works advised that during our absence we experienced a power outage which fried a control panel. Was immediately advised that the control panel would take 3 - 4 weeks to get as these panels were not stocked in North America & had ship from Korea. Kept us advised of the progressive & contacted us within a day of receiving the part to schedule the repair. Would definitely use Appliance Works again!read more

Chris was prompt and courteous. He worked very well and explained the problem as well as what he was going to do to fix it. I felt the charge was fair and he cleaned up after himself. My washing machine started leaking and I called Appliance Works on Saturday. They were so pleasant and were careful to get all the details and help make an appointment. Chris came out, earlier than I thought, which was great. He was a super nice young man and very good at what he did. He replaced the part that was going bad because of hard water, and cleaned up. He did a great job and was so nice and professional. I will definitely call Appliance Works again!read more

A family owned and operated company is a plus....They are excellent at what they do & it shows in all levels of their good customer service. Ty has been my technician for the past few years. This is a great company! I called them to fix a refrigerator issue. The technician was very nice and worked efficiently. About a month later the fridge started acting up again. The technician came back out promptly and fixed the issue free of charge. Because of this excellent service and the fact that they have a 90 day guarantee, I will be using them again in the future and referring them to friends and family.read more

Had a broken freezer, rep was honest and told me (over phone) I would be better off buying a new one, even though they don't sell them. Didn't even waste time coming out and charging, total honestly. Highly recommend!

Our washing machine quit and wouldn't drain or spin. Everything else worked fine. I called Appliance Works and left a message. I got a call back almost immediately from Storm, and scheduled a service call for the next morning. Jeremy came and had the washer up and running in less than 1/2 hour and was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I am thoroughly impressed with this company and will call them again the next time I need appliance work done.read more
