Review of Appliance Works

Christina went above and beyond for the repair of my washing machine. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful by sharing some of her knowledge about washers and dryers and how to keep them running smoothly. She explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to push me into anything or upsell in any way. All in all a very positive experience!

Review of Appliance Works

I looked online for a repair service for my front load washer after the first repair company I contacted was a no show and had an automated call service that wasn't helpful. Looking at the Appliance Works website, I was encouraged to call them based on several factors - reviews, family-owned, licensed, bonded, and insured, and experience. I was pleased to be able to talk to a kind lady (Toni?) that shifted work orders around to accommodate my schedule. Cristina, my technician, was professional and knowledgeable of the brand of washer I had. She diagnosed the problem and completed the job in a timely manner. She was also very patient with my loud dachshunds, which I appreciated. I was very impressed with this company and we will definitely use them in the future!
