We were able to get a technician out within 4 or 5 days (we didn't have an emergency) over the Thanksgiving holiday, which was awesome. Edwin called when he was on his way, within our "window" of time. We had a quick & easy fix, and he explained everything that he was doing. Edwin was very nice, informative, and we even had a quick chat about dogs!!!! I am very happy with all facets of the dishwasher repair! I will recommend Appliance Works to my friends, and call them again should we need appliance repairs in the future!!!

She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful by sharing some of her knowledge about washers and dryers and how to keep them running smoothly. Ricky literally saved me when I was desperate for a refrigerator that was leaking to be repaired. Arrived same day (within a 1 1/2 hours), diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and returned the next day to complete repair.
