I would definitely recommend and use Appliance Works again. Javon was professional, clean and courteous. He showed up on time, he called 20min before to let me know that he was on his way. Javon was my tech today, and was excellent. The requested call 20 minutes ahead of visit helped me be ready. I had attempted to replace a refrigerator light bulb but broke the bulb and could not retrieve it! We have relied on Appliance Works for over 10 years now and they are our “go to” whenever we are having a problem. He identified the problem in minutes and dismantled the machine efficiently to show me the problem, then replaced a bad part with a new one. The dryer worked.
