She performed proper diagnostics to determine the cause of our oven not working and ordered the part on site. A few days later, Cristina C, returned to our home with the part and ran through additional tests after installing it to make sure that the oven worked correctly. Christine called to inform us she was on her way. Christine was able to diagnose the issue with our oven, removed and replaced a faulty igniter and not only explained the problem but also showed us why we were having issues. Christine also cleaned a stove burner that was slow to ignite and taught us proper maintenance for the burners. Christine tested the oven and did not leave until she was satisfied everything was to our expectations. Would we use Appliance Works again?? Hell yes
