Cristina did a wonderful job on our oven. She diagnosed the problem and fixed it. She did drop the oven door while putting it back on and there is damage to our cabinet. She might not have seen it, so she did not address it with us.

Cristina was awesome! Gave me a 33 minute (yeah I know right) heads up when they were gonna be here, showed up in the rain yet still joyful, and extremely affable. She fixed my stove in a timely manner while at the same time educating me on upkeep and maintenance that I didn't have knowledge of. I never owned a gas stove before and I just moved in so I'm actually glad it was broken and they sent over Christina C. Now I don't expect any real issues unless it's an uncontrollable one because of the knowledge I have. I'd give 10 *s to her alone and I'll refer all of my friends and neighbors to this company and ask for her specifically if/when they have problems. I don't know if you'll ever read this Christina, but you should ask for a raise, have your manager call me.

Great service. Even though Christina delivered bad news, (older washing machine was irreparable), she was very thorough. Sge showed me what part needed replacing, showing me that the part was no longer available. Made recommendations of what machines to buy / avoid, and several recommendations on where to shop for a new machine.
