Javon saved my entire life, we had an applicance break and let me be the first tell you how we realized very quickly how much we needed that appliance. Javon came right in the fixed day was honest, so amazingly nice, amazing man. This company will alwasy be my #1 as long as they keep Javon L. It so hard to find an honest company but Appliance works is TOP TIER in my book and Javon is the cherry on the top of cake. Not to mention they worked around my crazy work hours and didn't even mind if I was the middle of dinner and the house crazy with kids, Javon didn't think twice he came right in did the job around the chaos I call life and didn't break a sweat. Christina was amazing. Thorough and honest. She went above and beyond. While fixing my range handle she cleaned the inside oven window. Took some scrubbing. After replacing my ice maker in my fridge she came back when we had further problems. When it became obvious we would have to replace our refrigerator she gave us a refund on the ice maker. Glad we chose Appliance Works and so lucky we got the best in Christina!

Came in and took my dryer apart and figured out the problem right away. Made a suggestion to replace all of the same parts (only one was in bad shape) which made sense to me.
