Cristina did a wonderful job on our oven. She diagnosed the problem and fixed it. She did drop the oven door while putting it back on and there is damage to our cabinet. She might not have seen it, so she did not address it with us.

Very Happy! When you have an appliance break, the last thing you want to hear is that you have to wait over a week to get someone to come out. Appliance Works got me scheduled for the next day. Chris arrived on the early side of my window which was great and fixed the issue in under an hour. Highly recommend! Chris was so helpful with all my questions as well.
