Called them and they were able to have someone come out the next day. They were able to diagnose the problem for just $85. Unfortunately, my part was discontinued so they werent able to help me any further. But Jarrett was able to give me some great tips on what type of washer to buy next! Would highly recommend them and would use them in the future if I need

I had a problem with my dishwasher. I called Appliance Works luckily they send over Jarrett. What a nice guy super knowledgeable you figured out what the problem was pretty quick. The people that installed my garbage disposal recently I had it replaced forgot to knock out that little tab so that the dishwasher could drain. He knocked out the tab. We were good to go. He showed me lots of features in my dishwasher that I didnt know I had showed me how to Properly upkeep it. He was out in 15 to 20 minutes on a one to 10 Jarret and Appliance works is an 11 !!!

Highly recommended! I was able to talk to someone on the phone who was so kind, and she was able to have Jarrett come out within a couple hours. He was able to quickly diagnose the situation and ordered the part we needed. As soon as the part came in he was over to make the repair. The service was great. Jarret was communitve, quick and worked efficiency so that everything ran smoothly. And I think the price was very fair. All around, they were wonderful to work with.
