Our family loves Cristina C. This is the 2nd time she has been to our house (both visits were for different appliances) She has a great attitude and personality. She is very personable and explains the problem in terms we understand without making us feel like an idiot. There is a comfort having a woman come to do the repairs when my husband isn't home. There is nothing worse than having a repair person come to your house and they give you creepy vibes. Cristina is our girl and although I hope to not have to call, if I do, I find peace in knowing you hire people like Cristina.
Responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. Gave me a temporary solution to get my freezer/refrigerator to work until the replacement part could be installed. Replacement part installed within days. Great communication through process.
Wow! Within almost 2 minutes of Cristina looking at our refrigerator, she was explaining to us what was wrong -- what the issue was . . . we hadn't even gotten out of the kitchen! She was extremely knowledgeable! She was familiar with all of the operating parts of our refrigerator and told us what she suspected was causing our problem and that she could fix it - AND SHE DID! Cristina was polite, courteous and friendly but, more importantly, she was trained to recognize what was giving us water problems, and she knew how to correct it on the spot. We were over-the-top impressed, satisfied and THANKFUL!!!

Cristina had a tight time-frame in which to work before I had to leave and she dug and dug to find the cause of why my washing machine wouldn’t reset. But she finally figured it out - she had the whole machine torn apart… but she figure it out Right before I had to leave. She’s a professional. She’s smart. And she has tenacity!

Cristina C has serviced our place a couple times now. Not only is she meticulous and extremely courteous, Cristina has a technical acumen the average service technician doesn’t usually have. The most important part for me is that there’s no mess when she leaves, and she leaves the work area in better condition than she found it in. This is the standard all service companies should have when sending techs out. Would give five stars if I can.
