We called Appliance Repair after hours on Tue, left a msg. and then called again to follow up around 8am Wed. We needed help with our oven door which wouldn't fully close anymore. This was the Wed before Thanksgiving (when almost everyone needs a functioning oven). Duane was scheduled to swing by Wed afternoon. He looked at the problem, and thinking 'outside the box', using a 2x4 he was able to tweak the oven door good enough to make it close all the way. Thank you Duane.

He did all the things to diagnose the problem and then was very honest about what the possible solutions were.
