My dryer started grinding and making very concerning noises. Called for service and was given a quick appointment. Javon was my technician- he called beforehand to let me know he was on the way, arrived promptly. Very polite young man, asked about the dryer issue and listened to what I said before listening to the dryer. He got to work right away and saw the problem, gave me an estimate and performed the repair. After putting it back together there was still a small noise so he took part of it apart and it wasn’t anything broken, just a dime stuck somewhere that wasn’t part of the original repair. . He fixed that, now it’s quiet and runs like new again. He tidied up and left the laundry room clean. I enjoyed chatting with him and learned a lot just by watching him take apart my dryer.
