This is the second time I’ve used AW, and I won’t go anywhere else now. Super responsive, and super honest. Suspected we needed a certain part, but when I came down to it the issue was elsewhere in the fridge…so no part needed after all! Just charged the call-out fee, not the part - so happy with this company! Javon was so polite and professional…we’re lucky on who we invite into our home but these guys are welcome for the next thing that goes wrong!

Our fridge of almost 10 years needed it's first repair because of course it wants to act up before we leave town. The culprit was a bad relay switch which wasn't on the truck but Matthew promptly went to Tempe to grab the part. Diagnosed, ran for the part, and installed in a quick and professional manner. Matthew carefully checked everything out on my Admiral Heavy Duty Washing Machine which was shaking badly on the spin cycle. My washer is located in a storage shed and Matthew thought it could be the uneven/weak floor so he moved the washer outside to the concrete and the washer was just fine....no more shaking. I certainly appreciate his patience in finding the problem and saving me money on unnecessary parts. His honesty and dedication to his job are phenomenal.
