Suspected we needed a certain part, but when I came down to it the issue was elsewhere in the fridge…so no part needed after all! Just charged the call-out fee, not the part - so happy with this company! Our fridge of almost 10 years needed it's first repair because of course it wants to act up before we leave town. The culprit was a bad relay switch which wasn't on the truck but Matthew promptly went to Tempe to grab the part. Diagnosed, ran for the part, and installed in a quick and professional manner. Matthew carefully checked everything out on my Admiral Heavy Duty Washing Machine which was shaking badly on the spin cycle. My washer is located in a storage shed and Matthew thought it could be the uneven/weak floor so he moved the washer outside to the concrete and the washer was just fine....no more shaking. I certainly appreciate his patience in finding the problem and saving me money on unnecessary parts. His honesty and dedication to his job are phenomenal.
