Javon had to get a part of our washing machine and went out of his way to get the part and come back after 5 (only time that worked for me) to get it fixed the same day. I was so appreciative that I did not need to make a second appointment and was able to get the washing machine fixed in one day. I appreciate him making it happen, even if the timing wasn't ideal!
