Steve and the Appliance Works team were great to work with. Professional and on time with good communication. Steve was able to troubleshoot and identify a couple of possible problems. He returned after ordering all parts he thought it could be and started with the most obvious and lowest costing part, rather than just starting to replace things. It ended up being that first and cheapest part. Others were going to “replace the master board” at an outrageous cost and that was not even the problem. Steve was honest, professional, and most of all did not try to take advantage of the situation. I will only use Appliance Works going forward.

Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnosis the problem immediately with my washer. He was able to work up a reasonable quote for parts and labor and give me a realistic timeline for parts arrival and repair. The parts and repair was actually in a shorter time frame than stated. Steve was very polite and friendly and answered all my questions regarding repair and proper maintenance of my machine.
