Cristina was on time and efficient. I thought it may have been the check valve and she confirmed it. After getting the part she came back and installed it in a timely manner. Our family loves Cristina C. This is the 2nd time she has been to our house (both visits were for different appliances) She has a great attitude and personality. She is very personable and explains the problem in terms we understand without making us feel like an idiot. There is a comfort having a woman come to do the repairs when my husband isn't home. There is nothing worse than having a repair person come to your house and they give you creepy vibes. Cristina is our girl and although I hope to not have to call, if I do, I find peace in knowing you hire people like Cristina.

Cristina did a wonderful job on our oven. She diagnosed the problem and fixed it. She did drop the oven door while putting it back on and there is damage to our cabinet. She might not have seen it, so she did not address it with us.
