Javon provided great service to us in diagnosing and pricing the repairs for an LG washer. He called ahead and gave an accurate time of arrival. He was courteous and professional at all times. He methodically went through a diagnosis of the issue and showed me a video of the problem inside the machine. He emailed me a complete quote for the repair including time for parts ordering for the repair while on the service call.

My dishwasher hasn’t been working properly. I requested service and had an appt scheduled via text for the next day. Edwin came within the window I was given and let mw know when he was 15 min away. He ran some tests and confirmed no repairs were needed, and gave me some suggestions to address the issue. He even went above and beyond by cleaning up some bugs he found under the dishwasher unit!
