I was so appreciative that I did not need to make a second appointment and was able to get the washing machine fixed in one day. I appreciate him making it happen, even if the timing wasn't ideal!

I requested service on my washer that was unbalanced and not spinning. The technician, Javon, was able to diagnose the problem in a timely manner and gave a very informative description of the issue. Unfortunately the damage on the machine was pretty extensive so I was advised that it was more cost effective to invest in a new one. I appreciated that the tech was honest and suggested the best course of action in this scenario. I would utilize this company in the future.
