Cristina was awesome! Gave me a 33 minute (yeah I know right) heads up when they were gonna be here, showed up in the rain yet still joyful, and extremely affable. She fixed my stove in a timely manner while at the same time educating me on upkeep and maintenance that I didn't have knowledge of. I never owned a gas stove before and I just moved in so I'm actually glad it was broken and they sent over Christina C. Now I don't expect any real issues unless it's an uncontrollable one because of the knowledge I have. I'd give 10 *s to her alone and I'll refer all of my friends and neighbors to this company and ask for her specifically if/when they have problems. I don't know if you'll ever read this Christina, but you should ask for a raise, have your manager call me.

We had a wonderful experience with Appliance Works. The ice maker in our JennAir refrigerator was producing bad tasting ice. They figured out the problem, suggested a repair and successfully completed it....and the ice tastes great. Thank you Appliance Works!
