Jevon did an excellent job repairing my washer and refrigerator ice maker motor. The website for the refrigerator parts was down for a few days but Jevon kept checking and kept me informed of the situation. He returned as soon as he got the parts and quickly fixed both appliances.

I would definitely recommend and use Appliance Works again. Javon was professional, clean and courteous. He showed up on time, he called 20min before to let me know that he was on his way. He explained everything that was wrong with the appliance and then gave me all the pricing and cleaned up his mess before he left. 🙂
