The office called and scheduled out appointment almost immediately after receiving the work order. Our technician, Matthew, was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and was able to spot the problem with our dishwasher immediately and explained it without being the least bit condescending as sometimes happens. As soon as the parts were in he made a quick fix and tested the machine to be sure all the leaks were gone.
