Cristina is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Verify that the system. In our case, the repair was not worth it on an 8-year-old washing machine, as the Transmission was out. I do not recommend many companies for service, especially in the appliance repair business. But Cristina was AMAZING, AND BOOKING THE CALL WAS JUST AS EASY, SPOKE WITH A LIVE PERSON AND SHE WAS FRIENDLY AS WELL 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

I called and left a message last night (Sunday) that my dishwasher wasn’t working. Christina was here by 1 pm Monday to diagnose my problem. She was professional and friendly.
